(1) That approval be given to the capital scheme appraisal for the Digby Surface Water Flood Alleviation Scheme.
Executive Councillor for Economy and Place:
(2) That approval be given, in principle, to the carrying out of the Digby Surface Water Flood Alleviation scheme, and to delegate to the Executive Director of Place, in consultation with the Executive Councillor for Economy and Place, the approval of the final of the final award of a contract and the final terms of the contract for the works.
