106.	Greater Lincolnshire Devolution - Consideration of Public Consultation Outcomes and Submission of Final Proposal to the Secretary of State PDF 4 MB Minutes: A report by the Chief Executive had been circulated. It was moved, seconded and RESOLVED That consideration be given to the report to the Leader of the Council and feedback from the Overview and Scrutiny Management Board (as set out at Schedule 1 of the order of proceedings) and that the recommendations to the Leader of the Council, as set out at Appendix 1 of the report to Council dated 13 March 2024, be supported. Councillors A J Baxter, R J Cleaver, P M Dilks, M J Overton MBE and S R Parkin requested that their votes against the motion be noted. Councillors K J Clarke and K E Lee requested their votes to abstain be recorded.
