The current priority to remain at 149

It is considered that criteria 1 (sustained aggression, hostility, etc) is not met as ill feeling does not seem sustained or at a level beyond considered normal for the type of issue

and (2) criteria 8 (where the route will significantly assist in achieving a Countryside and Rights of Way Improvement Plan Objective or Statement of Action) is not met at the current time as while it could be seen that there would be advantages to the route being recorded should evidence support doing so, it is not felt that they would significantly assist in the aims of the RoWIP
