An apology for absence was received from Councillor D C Hoyes MBE.

Declarations of Members' Interests

Minutes:

Councillor D McNally requested that a note should be made in the minutes that he had not had an opportunity, to date, to remove a reference on his Declarations of Pecuniary Interest form to the fact that he no longer owned a house in Ludborough and also requested that a note should be made in the minutes that he was a member of East Lindsey District Council's Planning Committee.

The Sub-Committee received a report in connection with an appeal against the prioritisation of DMMO No. 378 (Ludborough) – Claimed Footpath along track running to and from Public Footpath 107.

 

The Chairman read out a statement submitted by Councillor T Bridges, the Local Division Member for Louth Rural North, in connection with DMMO No. 378. The Chairman stated that Councillor Bridges supported the views of Ludborough Parish Council in connection with DMMO No. 378 and had concerns about proposals to construct a solar farm in the vicinity of the route. The Sub-Committee noted that the comments made by Councillor Bridges about the solar farm were in connection with a planning application submitted to East Lindsey District Council and were not considered relevant to the DMMO No. 378.
