11/12/2018 - Write off of debenture to Investors in Lincoln and re-investment of funding in priorities shared by LCC and Investors in Lincoln ref: 465    Recommendations Approved

Decision:

(1)  That the write-off of the Lincolnshire County Council debenture in Investors in Lincoln to the value of £200,000 be approved.

 

(2)  That approval be given for Lincolnshire County Council to enter into a legally binding agreement with Investors In Lincoln requiring the equivalent amount of £200,000 be invested by Investors in Lincoln in matters that are of shared importance to both Lincolnshire County Council and Investors in Lincoln.

 

(3)  That the County Commissioner - Economy and Place be delegated authority for the oversight of the effective use by Investors in Lincoln of this funding.

Decision:

(i)             That the re-procurement of the Council's Microsoft Enterprise Agreement for the period 2019-2022 for the purchase of Microsoft cloud services and software licenses be approved.

 

(ii)            That the Executive Director for Finance and Public Protection be delegated authority, in consultation with the Executive Councillor for Highways, Transport and IT, to take all decisions and approve the entering into of all such contracts as are necessary to give effect to the above decision.

04/12/2018 - Long Acting Reversible Contraception and Emergency Hormonal Contraception - Re-procurement of community provision ref: 463    Recommendations Approved

Decision:

(1)  That approval be given to the commissioning of the services as follows:

 

a)    Long Acting Reversible Contraception – continue to utilise a combined approach, including both the Lincolnshire Integrated Sexual Health service provider and separately contracting with a range of capable providers, to offer the Council assurance that there is sufficient capacity and access across the County.

 

b)    Emergency Hormonal Contraception – continue to utilise a combined approach, including both the Lincolnshire Integrated Sexual Health service provider and separately contracting directly with a range of capable providers to offer the Council assurance that there is sufficient capacity and access across the County.

 

c)    Pregnancy Testing – Do not continue to commission pregnancy testing as part of Emergency Hormonal Contraception contracts with pharmacies.

 

(2)  That approval be given to the re-procurement of Long Acting Reversible Contraception and Emergency Hormonal Contraception services using an Open Select List, separating the components and providers into the distinct services; with contracts to commence on 1 April 2019.

 

(3)  That the Executive Director of Adult Care and Community Wellbeing be delegated authority, in consultation with the Executive Councillor for Adult Care, Health and Children's Services, to determine the final form of the contracts, to approve the award of the contracts and entering into the contracts, and any other legal documentation necessary to give effect to the said contracts.
