(1) That approval be given to the Council entering into negotiations directly with the Ministry of Justice to provide Secure Accommodation facilities from the Lincolnshire Secure Unit.
(2) That the Executive Director for Children's Services be delegated authority, in consultation with the Executive Councillor for Adult Care, Health and Children’s Services, to conduct the negotiation, determine the commercial and contractual terms of any contract and, if successful, approve the entering into of an Agreement and any ancillary legal documentation with the Ministry of Justice on behalf of Lincolnshire County Council.
