A15-B1202 Junction
We the undersigned Request changes to the A15 -B1202 junction layout to reduce vehicle collisions and improve traffic flow. A roundabout or traffic control lights are suggested.
The A15-B1202 junction is a crossroad between Metheringham and Boothby Graffoe. The traffic flow is primarily along the A15, however there is significant traffic on the B1202 attempting to cross or join the A15. During busier times this junction can cause delays of 10-15 minutes.
As a result of these delays, drivers often resort to dangerous manoeuvres to continue their journey, causing frequent accidents. The speed limit has already been reduced to 50mph however the pulsating nature of traffic along the A15 exacerbates the problem.
