20Mph speed Limit on Woodfield Avenue
We the undersigned install a 20mph speed limit zone on Woodfield Avenue, Birchwood, Lincoln. Between the junctions with Regent Avenue and Wheatfield Road.
the stretch of road include two junctions very close together, which are very close to both a pedestrian crossing and a school entrance for Woodlands Infants school. This area is very busy and is currently a 30mph zone, and includes a row of shops with roadside parking and a Scout Hut opposite. Traffic can be quite fast moving along Woodfield and across it between Regent Avenue and Firtree Avenue.
