• Andrew Middleton - Non Pecuniary - Andrew Middleton declared an interest a lay member and Vice-Chairman of South West Lincolnshire Clinical Commissioning Group governing body. The Clinical Commissioning Group had a joint interest in Public Health Lincolnshire and formed part of the pooled budget for the Better Care Fund
