• Councillor Philip Maurice Dilks - Non Pecuniary - During item 8 - Deepings Leisure Centre, Councillor P M Dilks declared a non-pecuniary interest as the County Councillor for Deepings East Division, the District Councillor for Deepings St James and the founding member of the Deepings Community Leisure Centre Limited Community Interest Company (CIC), which he had now resigned from.
