Outside body

LEAP was formed in 1996 by the then Lincolnshire TEC as a partnership body for pursuing a range of economic development initiatives.  With the closure of TECs much of this work ceased, but the directors of LEAP were able to ring fence some funds to establish the Community Development Initiative, which is now the main activity of LEAP.
