(1) That the commissioning of the Azure migration project, as detailed in the detailed Business case attached at Appendix A to the report, be approved.
(2) That the Executive Director – Commercial be delegated authority, in consultation with the Executive Councillor for Highways, Transport and IT, to take all decisions and approve the entering into all such contracts as are necessary to give effect to the above decision.
