That approval be given to the publication of a Statutory Notice in relation to the proposal to the boarding provision at The St Francis Special School, Lincoln, with effect from 31 March 2021 which will enable the statutory and legal processes to proceed in accordance with DfE guidelines.
This continuation of the statutory process will also enable further consideration of alternative options prior to a final decision being made.
