(1) That the construction of a Household Waste Recycling Centre at Tattershall be approved.
(2) That the Executive Director for Place be delegated authority, in consultation with the Executive Councillor for Commercial and Environmental Management, to approve final proposals for the operation of the facility and to determine the final form of and to approve the entering into of all contractual documentation necessary for the construction and operation of the Household Waste Recycling Centre.
