Apologies for Absence/Replacement Members

Minutes:

An apology for absence was received from Councillor D Brailsford.

 

Councillor M J Overton replaced Councillor H N J Powell on the Committee until further notice. It was noted that in accordance with the Council's Constitution that Councillor M J Overton had replaced Councillor H N J Powell on the Planning and Regulation Committee before this meeting.(Note:-To be a member of the Sub Committee a Member must be a member of the Planning and Regulation Committee).

Declarations of Member's Interests

(Councillors are reminded that there is no need to declare an

interest if it has already been recorded on the register of

disclosable pecuniary interests (DPIs) or notified to the Monitoring

Officer in accordance with the regulations. However, Councillors

declaring interests must state what the DPI is and accordingly not

speak or vote on the item)

Because Councillor D C Hoyes MBE was the only remaining member of the Sub-Committee since the meeting of the Sub-Committee on 8 April 2013, and since the County Council Election in May 2013, it was –
