Committee details

The Pay Policy Sub-Committee is a sub-committee of the Appointments Committee.  The Sub-Committee comprises of seven councillors from the Appointments Committee, representing the political balance of the Council.

The Pay Policy Sub-Committee is responsible for undertaking an annual review of Chief Officers' salaries; and recommending the annual Pay Policy Statement and any amendments to Council.

The meetings are generally held twice yearly, at a time to be confirmed, at County Offices, Newland, Lincoln, LN1 1YL.  The meetings are generally open to the public unless otherwise specified.
