Reason for urgency:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with Rule 17 (Special Urgency) of the Council’s Access to Information Procedure Rules in the Council’s Constitution, a report on the Procurement of Temporary Storage Units, which has not been included on the Forward Plan, will be considered by the Leader of the Council (Executive Councillor: Resources and Communications) on 2nd or 3rd April 2020.

The reason for urgency in this instance is that an order must be placed for the works before the end of Friday 3rd April 2020 if any required additional storage capacity is to be available by the time of the peak coronavirus period.

This notice is published in accordance with Rule 17 of the above mentioned Rules.
