The prime purpose of the group is to facilitate communication and the flow of information between Spalding Energy Company Limited and the local community in the following areas:

Planning ahead of construction and operation

Progress on the construction programme

Handling of any issues during construction

Long term community relations issues

Involvement of personnel in the community, including education.
