Historic Environment Advisory Panel
Description
The Historic Environment Advisory Panel is an advisory group of the City of Lincoln Council made up of both elected members and representatives from external bodies with the remit:
· To advise on, promote and assist in the protection of the City of Lincoln's historic environment.
· To place the historic environment high on the Council's agenda and link up historic environment policy across directorates.
· To engage with and support partners in the delivery of heritage projects.
· To engage with the community and community groups in fostering a better understanding of the historic environment as part of their cultural and natural heritage
· To support the role of the Council's Heritage Advocate.
