That the Leader of the Council approves the designation of each of the individuals specified in Appendix A to the report:
- As a local authority designated officer under and for the purposes of regulation 12 of the Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) (England)(No3) Regulations 2020; and
- An authorised officer under and for the purposes of Regulation 14 of the Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) (England) (No3) Regulations 2020.
