(1) That approval be given to the extension of the library contract with Greenwich Leisure Ltd for a period of five years in accordance with the contract terms; and
(2) That the Executive Director - Place be delegated authority, in consultation with the Executive Councillor for Culture and Emergency Services, to determine any changes to existing contracts necessary to give effect to the running of the Library Service.
