Decision:
(1) That approval be given to the re-commissioning of the Domiciliary Care, Targeted Positive Activities (TPA) for Young People with Disabilities and Early Support and Learning Provision (ESLP) services in Lincolnshire with start dates of no later than 1 October 2018.
(2) That approval be given for a commissioning exercise to be undertaken to deliver contracts for each element of the short break services to be awarded to a single or multiple provider(s) of county-wide services.
(3) That the Executive Director of Children's Services, in consultation with the Executive Councillor for Adult Care, Health and Children's Services, be delegated authority to approve the award of the contract/s and the entering into of all necessary legal documentation.
