Issue - decisions

That the entering into by the County Council of the following contracts be approved:-

1. A contract between Lincolnshire County Council and the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care for the carrying out of a community testing programme to carry out mass testing of asymptomatic people in the County Council's area ("the Programme"); and

2. A contract by way of direct award between Lincolnshire County Council and Serco Limited for the establishment, resourcing, operation and decommissioning of sites for the carrying out of the Programme.
