Issue - decisions

1.    That the submission of an Outline Business Case for the Greater Lincolnshire Groundwater Project generally in the form attached at Appendix A to the report be approved.

2.    That authority be delegated to the Executive Director – Place, in consultation with the Executive Councillor for Economic Development, Environment and Planning, to make any final amendments to the Outline Business Case prior to submission.
