Keep street lights on longer
We the undersigned Would like the council to keep streetlights on in the student residential areas of Lincoln.
As young, vulnerable students we find it difficult to feel safe when walking around the residential areas with the streetlights off so early. Considering how many break-ins occur in the student residential areas, it would give piece of mind to thousands of students to be able to walk in lit areas at night.
